Welcome to Its One App, LLC. By accessing or using our sports registration and management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Use of Service
Its One App, LLC provides sports registration, team management, and athlete administration software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose of managing sports registrations and teams. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so.
2. Accounts and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Important: You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for any activities or actions under your account. As a parent/guardian, you are responsible for all athletes registered under your account.
3. Content and Data
Our Service allows you to submit athlete information, medical details, and other content. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you provide. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process such content specifically for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You retain all rights to your data and can request its deletion at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Its One App, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data before account deletion.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Its One App, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
7. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
8. Club & Team Agreements
Individual clubs, teams, or organizations using Its One App, LLC may require additional attestations, waivers, or agreements specific to their programs. These supplementary agreements are between you and the respective organization and are separate from these Terms of Service. Its One App, LLC facilitates but is not a party to such agreements.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
