How to Set Up Your Box Office
Follow this simple guide to register your account, request administrator approval, and launch your customized digital ticketing storefront.
Why Verification is Required
To guarantee event security and prevent ticket fraud or impersonation, Its1Ticket manually reviews and verifies every organization request. Only authenticated administrators are approved to publish box office events and collect ticketing revenue.
Create Your Account
Sign up for a standard, free Its1Ticket account to establish your identity on the platform.
- Click the "Login / Sign Up" button in the navigation header or go directly to the Signup page.
- Enter your email address (preferably your official organization email) and set a secure password.
- Confirm your email if prompted. Note: Newly created accounts default to a fan/wallet account for viewing purchased tickets.
Request Box Office Upgrade
Provide your organization details so our team can approve you to act as a box office administrator.
- Log in to your account, and navigate to the Setup Box Office portal (or visit its1ticket.com/admin/onboarding/org).
- Enter the official name of your Organization, School, District, or Venue (e.g., Canyon High School Athletics, or Metro Civic Center).
- Provide any relevant context in the notes field (e.g., "Requesting access for theater plays, athletic tournaments, and concerts").
- Submit the request form to queue it for verification.
Verification & Approval
To protect organizations and prevent ticket fraud or impersonation, our team manually reviews every upgrade request.
- Our team will verify your organization identity and associate any outreach lead registered by our sales representatives.
- Verification is typically completed within one business day.
- You will receive an automated approval email containing a link to complete your digital setup.
Configure Branding & Domain URL
Once approved, log back in to customize your public-facing storefront and subdomain.
- Log in again to automatically load the Setup organization console page.
- If you have a sales lead registered, your name, contact phone, and details will be prefilled automatically.
- Choose a custom slug subdomain (e.g. civiccenter.its1ticket.com) and upload your official logo.
- Select your brand colors and click "Launch Box Office" to activate your digital storefront.
Connect Payouts & Create Events
Set up your events and connect your banking info to receive direct cashless ticket deposits.
- Connect your organization bank account securely using the built-in Stripe Connect wizard.
- Create your first ticketed event, configure ticket tiers/pricing, and set capacity limits.
- Publish your event and share the custom URL on your website, social media, or marketing flyers.
Microsoft SSO & Strict School Districts
Some school districts lock down their Microsoft accounts to prevent staff from signing into third-party web apps without IT approval. If your school email gives an error like “Application not found”, your district has this policy enabled.
To enable your entire district instantly, have your school IT Administrator click the button below to sign in once and grant tenant-wide consent for Its1Ticket:
