How to Manage Your Data
To download your data, delete your account, or manage your privacy preferences, follow these steps:
Go to Your Profile Settings
Navigate to your account settings or profile page from the dashboard
Manage Your Data
From your profile, you can download your data, opt out of data sharing, or delete your account
What You Can Do
Export all your account data, athlete information, and preferences in JSON format
Disable sharing of aggregated data with partners (CCPA compliance)
Permanently remove your account and all associated data
Change your privacy settings and communication preferences
Data Retention
- •Active account data is retained as long as your account remains active.
- •Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- •Anonymous, aggregated statistics may be retained for service improvement.
